Meet Your Coach: Benjamin Nelson
Ben Nelson brings over a decade of elite sim racing experience to Apex Racing Lab. A former professional iRacing driver, Ben has competed at the highest levels and knows what it takes to win—both virtually and on real tracks.
Credentials:
- 11+ years on iRacing with a peak oval iRating of 6700
- Former driver for Team Dillon eSports in the 2019 eNASCAR Peak Antifreeze Series
- 5-time league champion, including back-to-back World Series of Sim Racing titles
Real-World Racing:
- Graduate of Skip Barber Racing School (VIR)
- Placed 6th overall in the 2025 Racing Prodigy Virtual 2 Reality competition
