How It Works

You Just Race.

  1. Submit Your Booking Request (Name, Date, Time, Number of Guests, Location, Contact Info)
  2. We Call You to Finalize Details (Space, Power, Race Format, Accessibility)
  3. Race Day Setup – We arrive early, handle everything
  4. You and Your Guests Race – 4 simulators at a time, full event management
  5. Wrap-Up & Breakdown – Smooth exit, no cleanup for you

Trailer Requirements

  1. Space: 30 ft long x 10 ft wide, flat-level ground (access for trailer in/out)
  2. Power: Completely self-contained with 2 quiet inverter generators.
  3. Insurance: COI available with 72-hour notice
  4. Accessibility: Contact us for accessibility options and adjustments (e.g., resistance tuning, equipment modification)

Pricing

Simple Pricing for Maximum Thrills

  1. $350/hour (2-hour minimum)

  2. Travel surcharge for events over 50 miles (1-hour extra charge)

  3. 50% deposit to reserve

  4. Last-minute bookings (under 48 hours): 100% deposit required

  5. Cancellations under 48 hours: Deposit non-refundable

  6. Rain or Shine: No refunds for weather cancellations

Safety & Waivers

Race Safe, Race Smart

  1. Minimum age: 8 years old

  2. Height requirement: 4’2”+

  3. All participants (or guardians) must sign a waiver

  4. Lap riders allowed for smaller children

  5. On-site staff ensures instruction and supervision
