frequently asked questions
Planning your first visit or just want to know more?
We’ve answered the most common questions below.
Basics
Is there an age or height requirement?
There is no strict age limit, as driver height is the most important factor for reaching the pedals safely.
Our recommendations are:
- Youth Pods (No-Motion): Ages 8+ or minimum height of 3’11”
- Adult Pods (Full-Motion): Ages 12+ or minimum height of 5’0″
Note: Youth and adult pods can be linked on the same track so families can race together and communicate seamlessly via our built-in headsets.
Do I need prior experience to race?
No prior experience is required! When you check in, our crew will help you customize your settings. We can enable driving assists like traction control, stability control, and the antilock braking system (ABS) to ensure a fun, accessible experience for any skill level from absolute beginners to seasoned pros!
Which simulation software do we use?
We use rFactor 2, which is a professional-grade racing simulation.
It gives you incredibly realistic handling, laser-scanned tracks, and true-to-life physics meaning you’ll feel every bump, turn, and rumble strip exactly like a real race car driver!
Can friends or family come watch if they aren't racing?
Absolutely!
Spectators are always welcome to hang out, cheer you on, and enjoy the lounge atmosphere!
Even if they aren’t behind the wheel, they can grab a drink at our craft cocktail bar and catch the action on our 13 TVs, where we constantly broadcast motorsports and other major sporting events.

Do I need to make a reservation online?
Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends, to guarantee your track time. We do welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis based on pod availability.
Do you offer monthly memberships?
Yes! If you plan on hitting the track frequently, we offer monthly driver memberships to help you get the maximum value out of your grid time. We have options ranging from starter tiers for students all the way up to unlimited racing hours every month!
What can memberships be used for? Your hours can be applied toward regular race sessions, our competitive leagues, or endurance races.

Racing
What can I do during my session?
Each 30-minute increment features one specific car and track combination (for example, Formula at Imola).
Within that 30-minute block, you can choose one of the following formats for your run:
- Practice Only: 30 minutes of continuous hotlapping to try and improve your fastest lap time.
- Qualifying & Race: 15 minutes of hotlapping to practice, followed immediately by a 15-minute grid race.
- Race Only: A full 30-minute race.
Curious about our lineup? Check out our full cars and tracks menu to start planning your perfect session before you arrive!
Can I try multiple car/track combos?
Yes, but only once every 30 minutes.
Because each car and track combination requires its own 30-minute block, your variety depends on the length of your booking.
If you book a 60-minute or 90-minute session, you are welcome to switch things up and run 2 or 3 completely different combinations during your visit!

Who am I racing against?
Only the people you want to race!
By default, we place you on track solely with the group you arrived with.
You can race completely solo against the clock, go head-to-head with your friends, or choose to fill out the grid with computer-controlled “bots” for extra action.
You won’t be thrown into a race against strangers unless you specifically ask to join an open public event.
