frequently asked questions
Do I need experience?
You’ll choose your settings at check-in. We can turn on assists like automatic shifting, traction control, stability control, ABS, and steering and braking to make it fun for any skill level.
Do I have to reserve online?
No, but it’s highly recommended. While we do accept walk-ins based on availability, reserving online is the only way to guarantee your seat and ensure your group can race together at your preferred time.
Is there an age requirement?
Nope! Height is more important than age.
Our recommendations are:
Youth no-motion sim pod: Ages 8+ / Height 3’11”
Adult full-motion sim pod: Ages 12+ / Height 5’+
The difference between the types of pods are that youth sims do not have motion simulation and the wheels and pedals are easier to handle.
If a party has kids and adults, they can be on track together and talk to each other through our headsets.
Can I race with just my group?
Yes! We only put you on track with the people you came with – unless you specify otherwise! You’ll never be on track with strangers. You can race alone, with your friends, or add computer “bots” to the mix.
What can I do during my session?
Each 30-min session increment features a car/track combo (Ex. F1 at Imola).
Within that 30-min session, you can do 1 of the following:
- 30-min of hotlapping (practice)
- 15-min of hotlapping followed by a 15-min race
- 30-min race
Can I try multiple car/track combos?
If you book 60-min or 90-min, you can change car/track every 30-min. (ex. 1st 30-min in a GT3 on Sebring followed by a 2nd 30-min in an F1 car on Imola.)
Can I change my car/track selection after booking online?
Definitely. Nothing you choose online is set in stone. When you sign up online, it’s more about reserving time in a pod and less about picking the specific car or track. You can change your car or track options when you check in.
